Our customer representatives will prepare and ship your products in order to deliver your order to you as soon as possible without any problems. When your product is delivered to the cargo company, you will be sent an email to us and you will be informed about the cargo. Open the packages you think are damaged during shipment and check them in front of the cargo authority you received. If there is any damage to the product, do not receive the product by holding a record to the cargo company . Please note that after receipt of the product, you acknowledge that the cargo company has fulfilled its duties fully.

Any product You receive is under the warranty of the manufacturer.
You may return your purchased product with the form you have received within seven (7) days from the date of delivery without using the product without opening/destroying the package. Please return the product with a petition or return form containing the product invoice and your order number.
